Franklin real estate has seen a large amount of development in recent years. There have been a number of single family homes as well as condos built in the city. Additionally, there has been a lot of growth in commercial growth. Because the community has seen so much growth, it is becoming quite a self-sustaining community.
In 1838, the then named Town of Kinnickinnic was renamed in honor of Benjamin Franklin. It was then incorporated as a city in 1956 after concerns that the City of Milwaukee would try to annex it arose.
Franklin, WI has a great range of real estate. Here you can find houses priced in the low $100,000s through over $1,000,000. Condos in Franklin are a little more uniform with most prices ranging between the low $100,000s to $500,000. There are a number of very nice parks in Franklin and plenty of shopping.
