Fox Point homes are varied and quite desirable. Here a real estate buyer can find a starter home in the low $200Ks and also find a multi-million dollar estate and everything in between. While many of the homes in Fox Point were build after WWII, there is also a supply of ones that were built in the first half of the 20th Century. Many of the lots are more spacious than other communities around the Milwaukee area.
Beach goers in Fox Point can go to Doctors Park at the end of Dean Road. This park is great for hanging out at the beach or for picnicking or just letting kids burn energy at its playground. Fox Point offers a small commercial district on Santa Monica Boulevard but there is a lot of commerce nearby in the Bayshore Town Center.
